My Approach
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of ways of working, adapting my approach to meet your individual needs. Together we will explore your goals for therapy and what better might look like for you. I am experienced in exploring areas of faith and spirituality within therapy, if this is something you would find helpful.
I offer both short and long term counselling and whilst working together, we will regularly review the therapy to ensure we are addressing your needs.

How do I know you are the right counsellor for me?
Having a good relationship with counsellor is indicative of the success of counselling. Our initial consultation gives us opportunity to get to know one another by discussing how I work, what you would like from counselling and how specific issues are currently affecting you. If after this session, you decide I am not the right counsellor for you, you are under not obligation to book any further sessions.
