Do you do in person counselling as well as online counselling?

I see clients face-to-face in Chichester, at the Paviliion, Graylingwell Park, PO19 6DA.

What if I can’t make a session?

Your specific session is reserved for you.  If you know you will not be able to make a session, please provide as much notice as possible.  If I have another available session, it might be possible to rearrange another time that week.  If you cancel within 24 hours, full payment will be required.

Do you provide Christian Counselling?

I am a Christian and experienced in discussing faith and spirituality within therapy.  The extent to which we discuss your faith and/or God within our sessions is up to you.

What should I expect from counselling?

Counselling is not about giving you advice or telling you what to do but about helping you explore the areas of your life you choose to bring to the sessions by providing a non-judgmental space for you to explore issues at your own pace.  Counselling is not a quick fix, but a process helping you to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships.

What if I decide I don’t want to continue with counselling?

If you no longer wish to continue counselling, please let me know so that where possible we can agree an end date and work towards this in a manner that is beneficial to you.  Ending is an important part of the process, with opportunities for further learning and I encourage clients to make it a collaborate process.
